Free "Back to Homeschool" Sheet

It's that time of year when my news feed fills with back to school pictures and "About Me" worksheets from public and private school kids. Each year, I like to do one of those sheets to look back on from year to year to see how the kids have grown but it's usually geared towards public schoolers with questions that might not be relevant to us homeschoolers. Chestnut Grove has created a great subscriber freebie that is a "Back to Homeschool" information sheet and you can pick it up here. I can't wait to see how my kids fill out the form when we finally start our school year in a couple of weeks. That's right, we're still holding out. And I might even post it on facebook with a possible "first day of homeschool" picture.
